Yes. Convert all your HamCaster tokens to $TN100X. Next step is bridge to base but that’s still got time. But HamCaster is definitely sunsetting so time to unstake and move. 

Unlocking will come later. Assuming it’s to give time for everyone  to unstake.

I think it’s far from dead! I use it daily. It’s very big now. Maybe too complicated and big which is why I like the consolidation back to the main token of $TN100X

As someone who was active on /lp project about a year ago, I must say that it is a dead project and not worth your time.  Don't fill someone's pocket with your golden time.
