I really love Hibiki, Yamazaki, and then a ton of small breweries Iโ€™ve stumbled upon while traveling. I rarely drink so itโ€™s a big deal when I do.

Same. I donโ€™t really drink but I cook so people always gift me alcohol and I enjoy baking and cooking with it. Itโ€™s probably a waste but Iโ€™m not going to drink it ;) so at least it gets used.

I used to cook with Laphroaig 10 year when it was cheap. It was great for BBQ sauces and a top notch liquid smoke replacement.
