Only Japanese whisky I’ve had was the Nikka Coffey malt. Do you have a preferred brand/style?

I really love Hibiki, Yamazaki, and then a ton of small breweries I’ve stumbled upon while traveling. I rarely drink so it’s a big deal when I do.

Same. I don’t really drink but I cook so people always gift me alcohol and I enjoy baking and cooking with it. It’s probably a waste but I’m not going to drink it ;) so at least it gets used. 

Will try to find these stateside, thanks for the suggestions 🙏 and I feel that I don’t wanna drink bad liquor so I try to get decent bottles but then I don’t really drink so now I have a lil collection
