Is my wallet underpaying for gas or is Base taking a while to index tx's -- specifically on Basescan?

Notice this the last few days.

I just paid 45 cents over 4 transactions that should normally cost me 1 cent each (4 cents total). That’s almost 10x higher than it should be. That’s enough transacting for today. 

Anyone else seeing the same?

I've been noticing the speed of simple TX going slower, etc. Since base is experiencing record traffic, could this be the culprit?

Wow 45 cents instead of the expected 4 cents is indeed a significant jump. This could be due to increased network congestion, higher demand, or a change in the fee structure of the platform you're using.
