Is my wallet underpaying for gas or is Base taking a while to index tx's -- specifically on Basescan?

Notice this the last few days.

I just paid 45 cents over 4 transactions that should normally cost me 1 cent each (4 cents total). That’s almost 10x higher than it should be. That’s enough transacting for today. 

Anyone else seeing the same?

It's been going for a while now and it's kinda annoying - spent over a dollar last week just in revoking old contracts. Hopefully levels out soon?
