What is the best practice for keeping follower graph / topology fresh if you are not running a hub? Feels wasteful to hit Neynar every time to get this data (since it doesn't change much) Could cache results locally and update on a cadence. Downside of this is that it may not be as fresh, but could be good enough

When a user follows or is followed by someone, that new edge is visible to your app

Forgive my dumb question but is this why every app I look at has a different number of followers/following?

I'm not sure, I think it's because some apps show total follows and don't remove the folks that unfollowed by checking the `deleted_at` timestamp @dwr.eth maybe some useful user feedback here, as the lack of consistent follower/following counts across apps does feel weird https://warpcast.com/rish/0x2001b5d9
