What is the best practice for keeping follower graph / topology fresh if you are not running a hub? Feels wasteful to hit Neynar every time to get this data (since it doesn't change much) Could cache results locally and update on a cadence. Downside of this is that it may not be as fresh, but could be good enough

- use webhooks and get follower / following update events on your backend - use any of our data products (parquet, kafka, indexer service) and get updated tables in your db none of these require polling
