What is the best practice for keeping follower graph / topology fresh if you are not running a hub? Feels wasteful to hit Neynar every time to get this data (since it doesn't change much) Could cache results locally and update on a cadence. Downside of this is that it may not be as fresh, but could be good enough

When a user follows or is followed by someone, that new edge is visible to your app

Oh right. I started building out based on the users I wanted to track i.e. listen for onchain events of the signers added and then when a signed request came from that signer I started indexing that fid's data, as well as updating on hub subscription for merge messages. I think there are 2 grpc functions that give you the entire list of your following and entire list of following you, as they're kept in secondary keys in the hub's storage engine
