I once heard it takes a day per every hour shift to fully recover from jet lag (e.g. five days if there is a five-hour difference between origin and destination). Not sure how accurate that is, though.

I’ve found that the Timeshifter app is a game changer to completely eliminating jet lag, if that’s what you are referring to. First use is free, and I have no connection to that biz other than being a very happy and surprised customer with its effectiveness.
