This is a fun prompt. CryptoVenetian #494 was my first citizen. When I learned about Bright Moments and what they were doing to bring the magic of generative minting IRL, I was too stoked not to plan a trip to Venice to experience it myself, @geebz and I made the trip together and had an absolutely wonderful time.

While researching for an article, I discovered Bright Moments Gallery NYC. It took me a while to realize that it is a fascinating project on the intersection of Generative art&IRL&DAO. Then I bought a Mint Pass securing every future mints and then GT Berlin, NewYorker, and Venetian, completing my collection.

I got my CryptoVenetian #350 when @alecurtu introduced me to this innovative project during the pandemic. The concept of IRL mints in Venice got me, especially with the art embodying the city's essence. I immediately went to Venice to claim my free mint (I just paid gas)! A unforgettable experience!

well well well After a 6 hour drive to visit my family during the holidays, I made a pit stop in Venice to meet other people curious about crypto. Stayed the whole day in the gallery chatting with everyone and also got to enjoy a sunny Venice beach day… My Venetian will never be listed for sale.

Minted August 9 2021 and has been my pfp since Seeing the CryptoVenetians come out of the @artblocks mint channel the first night and thinking these are cool. Started placing some bids - none hit. Then I found out if you signed up in the @brightmoments discord you could book a spot to mint IRL free. Rest is 📖

This crypto citizen represents the first and only one that I minted in person as it was my only Bright Moments event I attended. It was also special because I managed to onboard a good friend to digital art by taking him to the event. The skull shirt is great too as it reminds me of the fxhash smolskull.

While I travel a lot, sometimes its hard to be in the right place at the right time. I missed the Tokyo BM event by a week but got excited about the ecosystem after a meetup. So I made plans to be in Buenos Aires long enough for meetups and the main event. Minted Patagonian #66 via performance art at the BA theater!

I had been to a bunch of NYC meetups, had to go to Berlin for 2 weeks to see what the IRL minting experience was like. I remember Mikey and Lucio taking me through my CryptoBerliner reveal. Great times were had, many friends were made. The beginning of an awesome adventure.
