Sometimes, right before bed, I find that I am able to move far back into my own memory, calling up vivid images of different time periods in my life. I'm conscious while doing it, but the experience is incredibly immersive and feels similar to watching a high-definition movie. Does anyone else experience this?

Hadn’t noticed if it was right before bed for me, but can relate to the description of some of my recollection of experiences. Will pay more attention to when I have these moments next time..
