so interesting to see the cultural differences here both age and culture have a part to play on why this is being looked at in two ways culture as @0xmelanin mentioned posting this type of meme is pretty typical on black twitter and age as younger folk on the internet don’t see it as stealing content they just save what they like from pinterest or tiktok and repost with little repercussion and they also dont see it as catfishing as i notice younger ppls pfps on tiktok are just random images they like and do not own but then i get why its confusing in the context of warpcast cos spammy accounts do post random pictures from google with a chat gpt caption but are they all bots or just experience a different cultural version of the internet and trying to emulate the culture here without english being their first language also not undermining that ofc people are earning moxie through replying to larger accounts, that has a part to play in all this too but interesting to consider all perspectives

This was obviously misconstrued. Intention was to give a timely reply w/o even passing it off as mine 🫠 Now it seems odd to take pictures off the internet now. Everyone screen grabs memes and pictures on the internet😔 Some pass them off as theirs, but this wasn’t my intention 🙃
