The feedback I care about is from people *actively using* our product. (For example, a potential investor who tries our app once has opinions for sure — but it’s probably not very helpful feedback)

It’s true We have been struggling with this at our local community center The board has neglected numerous maintenance issues I stepped in and put in 3 months of work to correct it, they complained about everything But the community was so receptive We constantly live under the weight of these criticisms

I see this message echoed often but it comes across incredibly pretentious IMHO experience doesn’t necessarily equal total understanding of everything in your field let alone life - Learn from all (I say this as someone who runs a company employing 200+ staff. I only mention this as “credentials” seem to matter)
