i don’t think it exists in Rome, unless you find a California bakery 😂

I can see their disappointed faces when you ask for a flat white

I’ve had this job in many European cities, but not Rome (yet)

My observation is that countries with strong preexisting coffee cultures did not adopt the discoveries of hipster coffee culture. 

(The corollary of this is that Scandinavia is such a hotspot for great coffee.)
