- eat one supplí - visit colosseum - try 2/3 of carbonara, amatriciana, cacio e pepe - eat artichokes (they are typical and it’s their season now)

The Colosseum, Forum, and Palatine Hill. These are all on the same ticket and are next to each other. I recommend a guided tour. Allow half a day. Buy your ticket online in advance. If you want i can send a guide tour to book.

Have pasta and a glass of wine alone at 11PM. At a small mom and pop restaurant that only has 2 tables. It's magical. My recommendations are cacio e pepe, aglio olio or a carbonara.
