Then I used Figma to help me draft wireframe concepts.

Then I prototyped them in Cursor.

Then I shared it with a teammate and had Granola take notes to capture action items.

Then I used Shortwave to send those in an email to stakeholders.

The acceleration is palpable.

Honestly it was great. It freed up most of the drudgery and what was left was the creative stuff I wanted to spend time on.
