Help! What are your best tips to reduce LDL Cholesterol? I’ve been consuming more meat in the last year, due to going to the gym and seeking higher protein intake. Mostly chicken though, red meat once a week.

i had high LDL a couple years ago and made some changes and got my levels back to normal earlier this year basically i cut out red meat almost completely (only ate it on occasion when i went out but never bought it/cooked it at home), reduced my egg intake (was eating a lot of hard boiled eggs back then), and started eating a lot more fish in lieu of meat

i had high LDL in August and went the opposite direction. i only eat red meat, eggs, butter, and milk. with some kimchi and blueberries for probiotics and fiber respectively. no veggies. taking my blood at the end of the month (3 months total) to see the impact.

Very little carbs. Mostly just when I need energy for a workout. And then it's pretty much always coming from fruit, dates, or honey. And specifically fruits that don't cause a blood sugar spike like berries. Dates are the best though.

You remind me I haven't had dates in a while, going to order some for pre-workout. Thanks! Looking forward to seeing your results in a few months, we can compare 😄
