i don't mean to be a hater but whoop steps way off. how did i walk 83 steps before waking up? noticed that 8sleep instrumentation isn't great either, they can't detect a cat vs human b/c copped out and just put two sensor strips. idk wtf people were raving about. all is see is apple being slow, steady and winning long-term

if you don't want to be a hater i understand, well let me be a hater for you the whoop really sucks at tracking your biometric data imo (at least from a year ago or so when I had it) and I really didn't like how it was opaque in the way it optimized the data and showed the score (i had no idea what that meant) and i didn't like being shamed when I drank alcohol (I'll do what i want) and overall, just didn't click with me and yes, now i have a apple watch and i am moisturized, in my lane, thriving
