if you're in 30s (or less), take a bit of injury risk and play tennis or do oly lifts instead of retiring with pickleball. future self will thank you

My back is kind of messed up from oly and power lifting during my 20s but I genuinely believe not doing it would have landed me in a worse state regarding my back. I am much more self aware of my posture anytime and positions during workouts. All the accessory strengthening movements (like core) made me more resilient.

Took all the injury risk in my 20s. Shoulder is shot, a forehand from tennis adds way too much shock at this point. :(
