if you're in 30s (or less), take a bit of injury risk and play tennis or do oly lifts instead of retiring with pickleball. future self will thank you

Took all the injury risk in my 20s. Shoulder is shot, a forehand from tennis adds way too much shock at this point. :(

I think you’re in NYC? Good option there is Padel. They’ve been building Padel courts left and right in Manhattan lately. It’s more workout and less stress on knees. If you need a hitting partner I’ve got some recs!
