I haven’t done a ORM in a while but it’s my favorite exercise. Doing 75 pounds 3x5 atm, really want to get up to two plates 😅

!!!!! I can totally relate to this, they are my favorite too 😂 my coach leans in and gives me tons and tons to do, too 75 for 5, and doing multiple sets is 🐐 👑 amazing to me!!!!
