we moved completely to GH actions, it’s so good most of the time. Causes a lot of pain when GitHub goes down though - which seems to be happening more frequently. We’re looking into failovers options

2 hours is steep esp. if you’re just starting - would recommend ramping up slowly. I really enjoy a Sunday afternoon sauna - great way to start off the week.

Loved using levels! I tried eating the same thing at different times and found that they had a different impact on glucose levels. Would recommend experimenting with timing as well

It’s not an exact replacement, but I really like postman for sharing API documentation and examples. You can fork a postman collection and play around with it too

instead of freezing them fully made, I’ll prep em in the morning. Just make some eggs and assemble! They won’t last as long, but imo they taste better

I use the Apple Watch for sleep tracking rn. It’s not as detailed as the oura ring / or as precise, but gets the stages mostly right. more than makes up for it as a workout tracker

Anecdotally found that 6x/wk is less sustainable over a 1 yr+. 4x/wk allows for more focused prehab + recovery. Which leads to more intense workouts and faster progress
