trying out the levels CGM... Initial data (2 days in) suggests -zone 2 cardio significantly lowers glucose level in real time -strength training causes a slightly delayed spike (apparently this is normal/ not bad) -apples cause a pretty big spike in glucose! So much for "an apple a day keeps the doctor away!"

Loved using levels! I tried eating the same thing at different times and found that they had a different impact on glucose levels. Would recommend experimenting with timing as well
