Had a really weird experience during my meditation today. Felt like I just fell through the floor out of nowhere. Really fell. Like a weighty fall. Could be that I fell asleep for a moment but I was super aware as it happened. Scared me and I opened my eyes. Wish I’d ridden it to see what it was but i didn’t so.

That must be a weird experience. Haven't meditated yet but I know that feeling from falling asleep. And sometimes you think you're awake but it isn't.
