Had a really weird experience during my meditation today. Felt like I just fell through the floor out of nowhere. Really fell. Like a weighty fall. Could be that I fell asleep for a moment but I was super aware as it happened. Scared me and I opened my eyes. Wish I’d ridden it to see what it was but i didn’t so.

I have a lot of weird experiences some crazy shit. But this was like I’d been sat on. Crazy weight pushing me down and through. Was scary. He eve it pulling me out of the moment instantly. Never been scared to the point of being pulled out of the practice.
