Had a really weird experience during my meditation today. Felt like I just fell through the floor out of nowhere. Really fell. Like a weighty fall. Could be that I fell asleep for a moment but I was super aware as it happened. Scared me and I opened my eyes. Wish I’d ridden it to see what it was but i didn’t so.

I learned from my pro meditator friend @unstablelandscap there are often specific names for different kinds of "weird stuff" that happen when you meditate. Summoning him here to see what he has to say about this.
