showing bearish momentum. @Manofbitcoin analyzed on the X platform that the support level of ETH is between $2,512 and $2,305. Only a sustained breakthrough of $2,919 will confirm the upward trend.

i'd think long and hard about buying another token to "10x" the value but then get overwhelmed by all the noise and end up just holding as the eth price continues to underperform 🫠

"Your browsing frequency should be nobody's business!" Now sharing parts of SassyHash 💅 that haven't been shared yet. The code is FOSS and public on my Github repo. Screenshot of one data store below. I will have a public leaderboard of the most read casts. I want to count, without recording who viewed it AND I want to de-duplicate the counter so one user can't game the leaderboard by clicking repeatedly. Solution: one Redis hash that counts views per hash, gated by another collection of Redis sets which register whether a given FID has interacted with the cast yet. The sets don't store the FID directly. Instead, they store salted hashes of the FIDs. See attached. (LMK if you think this needs to be improved!)

some takeaways from talking with farcasters irl in /paris yesterday: - in total 11 people showed up (2 directly from the airport!), engaged users are motivated to connect irl - everyone looking for alpha (stated preference as joke, revealed preference seriously); a lot of degen, defi and clanker talk - from content creator pov, goal is audience growth, and warpcast/farcaster/web3 tools in general do not provide enough analytics atm to achieve this - my 3rd year hosting a meetup, first time hearing people express not 100% positive sentiment, mainly on concerns of user growth, lack of client diversity and difficulty for new accounts to break through

For L2s think of scalability/security as a spectrum: 0 is a Validium (lower security but highly scalable), and 1 is a full rollup (inherits Ethereum security) There's also a middle ground: adding Plasma to a Validium boosts security significantly while staying scalable
