I’ve switched to be a mostly a mobile user and I think the app is pretty dialed in. The algorithm, the rewards, the collection, the default metadata, the tokens and the price makes it really fun to use. I think the rest of the community needs to catch up and when they do it’s going to be really fun. I am starting to see that starting to happen. 

I have struggled to posts Gifs from the app and I don’t know if it’s the app or if I just don’t understand how gifs can be used from your camera roll on iOS.

My gifs sometimes animate when posted to Warpcast or maybe they used to animate and they don’t anymore but it makes a huge difference to me because my animated art gets a lot of shares on Warpcast. 

So for now I’m mostly making other stuff or keep telling myself I’ll go use the desktop app but in reality I’m hooked on mobile.

how do you get stains out of cast iron pans? Mine are all rusty.

Mint, airdrop on @hypersub , announce on Warpcast. One great thing about having a hypersub is that even if no one mints the work I have collectors.  

This worked better a few months ago and I need to adjust to the new Zora meta. I’ve just been yoloing on Zora without additional promo as I learn what to do next and the new Zora algorithm definitely does more work then the old one but I think to really pol off on Zora these days it would be smart to coordinate with your collectors. This is a thesis I will try soon.

What's your distribution strategy when you put a new artwork onchain?

How does the secondary market on uniswap work? Is this something I need to setup? as a buyer, how do I re sell a previously pruchased NFT?

If you can mint them to Zora, then you’ll have a great portfolio with your profile in Zora. Cheaper than a website with onchain provenance.

What is the best way to showcase a plethora of art from different mediums without having to pay for a website?

If I am the artist, is it fine if I listed my same piece in several place like zora, coinbase, rarible?

It’s a lot harder. I made 2 ETH from my art in August which is really good for me. Optimism came through big a few months ago with their artist airdrop.

Zora is primed for people to have hits right now and in that case absolutely. There isn’t yet a playbook to mint 20K zora mints with their new token model but what is being an artist if not connecting with people in unique and non-consensus ways.

I think it’s possible to have a lot more collectors and in some cases ALOT more. I think if you release art like if you build it they will come or you are expecting someone else to drive your mints you’ll have varying success. I’m basically doing this and minting less. But I think if you make something great and then have a coordinated swarm of mints around it from your friends and collectors then it will get crazy more visibility and can mint 1000x your average. Ironically peoples used to be better at this in the bull market.

I’m not trying to figure out how to leverage the platform like that just yet but I’m thinking about it and trying to learn from the people I see who are.

Yes. All creative outputs should be onchain, especially those easily digitized. This is how you create true provenance and a portfolio of work. Especially important in the age of generative ai and deep fakes. Not all of it needs to be sold, that’s a personal decision.
