since we want ppl to actually vote and be engaged with nouns, I think it might be better to imagine specific people. for example, would trent or tim who engaged with us in the past be willing to accept a noun if gifted?

I don't know if PG is a multisig that can vote together? But also we haven't seen much success in groups voting together and would rather have someone passionate participate with their own voice

Curious why you think Nouncil’s legitimacy has declined? No large democratic group has perfect governance ofc, but Nouncil is probably the only group meeting every single week to discuss and vote on nouns governance for the love of it.
