Like: cooperatively owned, divested from fossil fuels, helps me use fiat. Dislike: terrible data exports, is necessary, opaque, limited app functions. Could you rephrase the last question?

Love: fast/instant transfers, simple UIs (ie Amex) Hate: bad API integrations (especially with budgeting software) Better with money: automations. I want software that sets budgets and reconciles transactions with minimal human input. I want it to stop tx from clearing so categories don’t exceed limits.

the UI/UX for my major bank is awfully confusing, and some of the decisions are unnecessary or outdated. for example, i used to dig through statement PDFs to get account and routing numbers.

I love that I don’t get upsold on anything. I like that it’s a community bank and has exceptional customer service and a surprisingly good app and website. I really don’t hate anything about it. Moving money around, especially internationally (which I don’t do often) absolutely sucks.

i actually don't hate my main US bank, Capital One: fairly web native, incl. good mobile app, and great customer service. but what can be better: p2p wires/transfers (crazy that this isn't normal in the US); faster settlements (2-3 day in this day & age is wild) and fairer fx, foreign tx rates
