i actually don't hate my main US bank, Capital One: fairly web native, incl. good mobile app, and great customer service.

but what can be better: p2p wires/transfers (crazy that this isn't normal in the US); faster settlements (2-3 day in this day & age is wild) and fairer fx, foreign tx rates
