I'm most used to the "you know it if you've got it, and if you have to ask, you don't have it" angle which I think is approximately right I also like Superhuman's framework as a way of quantifying https://review.firstround.com/how-superhuman-built-an-engine-to-find-product-market-fit

I think Jason Cohen sums it up well in an article. Basically when your growth rate changes slope permanently (no growth to some growth, or 5% monthly growth to 15% monthly growth) Course in crypto products this can get harmfully subsidized by speculators

It’s when 1) You have found your MVP users (the ones that really “get” the core of your product 2) The product is so good that they’re happy to pay 3) They are recommending it to their friends / family etc. At PMF stage your organic growth curve is looking like a hockey stick
