Who is building Kaito but for Farcaster? It is way better than Kaito for twitter: - The data is public: no API requirement. - You can even run your client and run the kaito inside it - permisionless - much easier to make it verifiable.

Ethereum before: Ethereum is expensive, we need to scale the chain; its bearish Ethereum now: Ethereum is so cheap, we need to tax Ethereum L2s; its bearish. Ethereum needs to scale what it can provide to L2s and L2s should make billions of txs, so that Ethereum could generate revenue with low fees. this is so simple.

I was just looking into the new product that went live on Base and realized that I got that token as an airdrop because I hold $degen Farcaster x Base has a real eco.

One of the leader zkVM provider Succiny Labs‘s SP1 has had a vulnerability, which can be exploited to create false proofs - according to Lambda Class team. Now think twice to depend on one proof system. The future is multi proof. https://blog.lambdaclass.com/responsible-disclosure-of-an-exploit-in-succincts-sp1-zkvm-found-in-partnership-with-3mi-labs-and-aligned-which-arises-from-the-interaction-of-two-distinct-security-vulnerabilities/

New post on native rollups: Being Native is not enough for being Aligned https://mirror.xyz/0x8958D0c419BCDFB8A86b8c0089552bE015fbe364/JfE6dR3adVmmQne-novwH_Qm-cFAt3xxG60A31VDWn8

ETH is both money and a world computer. 1) ETH as money: Ethereum's rollup-centric roadmap allows hyperfast, performance-optimized rollups, such as MegaETH, Nil Foundation, etc. They won't pay a lot to the ETH L1 but will extend the usability of the ETH token- which is perfect because the utility will be the same in L2s, DeFi's main liquidity hub. Same as how the US Dollar is the world's money. 2) ETH as the world computer: With native rollups and ultra-scalable blobs, we can handle 100k TPS and 0.001 dollars per transaction makes 10x more money than today's revenue, while preserving native async (or possibly) sync composability.

7702 is coming, apart from batch transactions and paymasters. What do you think 7702 will be used for? My answers would be session keys, passkey-based recovery and signing methods, and new possible applications in the chain abstraction ecosystem that will deliver its usage.

So, the answer here is yes. It is similar to sharding, but at least we know how to do it. We have a better research guard, and we know how to do it by creating an open market. The second question for native rollups; Isn't it introducing new systematic risks to Ethereum's social consensus? Similar to what happens when we try to unfreeze the bridge via an L1 soft fork, also be said that we should trust L1 for possible L2 bugs.

There are lots of proposals for standards, but I still can't see any of them has been winning there. What's the missing part here, and what could be done for rollup-specific cross-rollup calls?

There are a lot of debates around native rollups; My first concern is whether we are reinventing sharding again and if this approach has the same problems that made us to revert sharding from Ethereum's roadmap. Trying to give answers for this.

Telling Bitcoin rollups are more secure because Ethereum rollups have governance & multisigs is a joke. To handle this, you might be; - Ossified: You're fucked if there's a bug in your BitVM implementation. - Upgrade regularly: You will have the same problem with ETH Rollups.

Some personal news: I’m thrilled to be joining the cyber.fund team as a researcher! I’ll continue working for Ethereum, closely with Cyber's portfolio companies, and produce in-depth research pieces. Let’s accelerate the cybereconomy together!

I just wrote a short piece about how we can utilize keystore architecture to solve the ERC-20 bridging problem. If you have any feedbacks, thoughts; please let me know! https://t.co/QaGV9fRRJg

I wrote a blog post of 2000 words, but it took me over two weeks. I just checked how frequently Vitalik writes, and I still can't understand how He writes his articles in that short time period. This always amazes me

Turkiye just (almost) banned cash deposits to banks -Turkish citizens will need a bill that shows where did they get that cash. And you still think that privacy is not normal? Bullish @aztecnetwork
