Last month, we shipped the prototype for CastNotes(f.k.a.AttestCaster), a specialised Farcaster client that uses Frames and attestations to enable a fact-checking system for all published casts, a la Twitter's Community Notes feature. EtherFrequency(ΞHz): The rate at which block gas is spent per second in an EVM. One ΞHz is equal to one gas per second. As for all extra reading on ΞHz(gas per second), the folks at @paradigm have written enough on the subject.

A metric for evaluating the compute capacity of all blockchain RTEs, irrespective of whether they use an EVM, SVM, MoveVM, etc. Constraints such as compute budget limits and cost models (e.g., gas) are specific to the system in focus, per safeguards for the halting problem.

Instructions Per Second (IPS): The rate at which a blockchain’s virtual machine can execute computational instructions. In other words, it’s the measure of the raw computational power of a blockchain VM, without factoring network-specific constraints like block times, gas limits, compute unit budgets, etc.
