If you have a psp or nintendo ds laying around, you should do yourself a favor and homebrew/unlock it. It really opens the console up in cool ways.

It really depends on what you want to homebrew. each console has their own homebrewing community, so I would look for instructions there

Homebrew on ds/wii were just incredible. Genesis/SNES emulation extended the lifespan of those so much for me.

The only way to play psp, been replayed FF9 on psp nonstop
