I don’t know how to rest, I’m so bad in resting, but good at working so I’m overdoing it Any tips how do you rest?

Looks like I'm not very good at it either. I worked until my body said we'd be in bed for two days without the slightest opportunity to do anything else (I got sick). But I fixed the schedule!🎉😅 🥳 I want to try leaving the days with nothing to work at all (I don't usually have days off)

1. Psychologist/psychotherapist 😁 2. Long walks 3. Giving yourself the permission to do nothing. Not to "now I rest 5 mins and then I do the dishes". No. Hard but necessary. 4. Repeating to yourself that being rested helps to work better. It's good to rest just to rest, but one can't change in 1 day

If you stop with the overworking (?), that can lead to stress, you will rest better 4sure. Just a thought

Take a relaxing epson salt bath with lavender and then use magnesium oil and take a magnesium supplement before bed. And no screen time before bedtime! 🤓

I'd recommend trying to get some exercise every day and eating a healthy diet, no junk food. Also, taking melatonin before bed helps me a lot.
