I have a new approach to life: DO THE DAMN THING! The last few days I’ve been putting myself out there w/o the fear of rejection. At least I tried, if none of my tries are going to be successful, I will try something else. Life is too short not to take some risks! 💪😊

Today I appreciate: 1.) The given opportunity to teach another language, that is not my native one. 2.) Having two pools and laundry in my complex. 3.) Having friends who make an effort to check on me, despite the distance. Life is all about taking a pause and counting your blessings.

I finally figured out why I was so moody the last few days. 😅 and it may have not been a BPD episode after all, but just my hormones, or maybe a combination of factors. However, I’m finally feeling like myself again! 💪 😊

I ordered Wingstop tonight bc I saw it all over TikTok and got influenced and let me tell you: order the lemon pepper wings (with bone) and the fries but extra crispy. But skip the garlic parmesan wings! And definitely get the ranch! One of the best I’ve tried!

I’m impressed how much my mood can change when I stay focused, relax and enjoy myself. I actually get things done, feel accomplished, and be able to let go and have fun. I haven’t even done any overthinking today lol…but don’t be fooled all this can change within seconds for no apparent reason. 👀🫠
