I recommend deleting instagram from phone and logging out as a first step. I'm not on TikTok so, that was that for me. Made a difference for me - also in how I see the world. 

You can stop looking for instagramable things and just live life.

When I need stupid entertainment I watched some of those real estate shows in Netflix...

All the homes looked the same to me haha. Like no one really lives there. Then I watched a documentary about Melbourne and the people whose homes and work spaces they entered were much more interesting because.. Less stylized, less perfect.

I was actually realizing that ai powered interior design is also very disgusting, while it gives correct options and perfect style, it is all sterile and soulless

What's the point right? 

Everyone looking generic instead of embracing their unique self. It's like they take people's brains away from an early age with all these crap TV
