what's been (or continues to be) Dan/Varun's biggest mistake with Farcaster or Warpcast?

I mean I understand why they didn't prioritize video so I'm not going to call it a mistake. I'd say the biggest ongoing mistake is not having a dedicated UX/UI person. There've been a lot of bad UX decisions and persistent UI bugs over the last year

Maybe they do have a dedicated UX UI person and if so I'm sorry I just insulted you

As a UX person (research, not design) I think the design decisions have generally been smart. Itβs not always about being pretty! But the biggest win imo is theyβve always been open to feedback (if not directly seeking it out)

I donβt agree. I think they have pushed out quality UX and continually improved over time with user feedback and data. Specialization has its place but I donβt really see the need right now (based on the product itself)

1-2 examples? Who is a good UI/UX person? I'm happy to look at their work.
