Living in the countryside and eating fresh local produce and happily cultivated meat has made it impossible for me to eat meat under other circumstances. (I was a vegetarian for a long time and recently switched back β€” it seems it’s a boomerang.)

I'm vegetarian but I can empathize with this In the US they seem to emphasize that premium meat was grass fed, pasture raised β€” and it makes you wonder what they're feeding the non grass fed animals

yes ever drove through the Central Valley LA to SF? that is where my daughter became vegetarian, soon after we all did, vegetarian cooking is easy I have no problem with eating meat, I have a problem with industrial large scale farming of animals, I think if we want to eat meat it should be an exceptional delicacy
