Living in the countryside and eating fresh local produce and happily cultivated meat has made it impossible for me to eat meat under other circumstances. (I was a vegetarian for a long time and recently switched back — it seems it’s a boomerang.)

In the US they seem to emphasize that premium meat was grass fed, pasture raised — and it makes you wonder what they're feeding the non grass fed animals

that is where my daughter became vegetarian, soon after we all did, vegetarian cooking is easy 

I have no problem with eating meat, I have a problem with industrial large scale farming of animals, I think if we want to eat meat it should be an exceptional delicacy
