Stop comparing, that’s it. We’re all on different journeys and going at our own paces, have to believe that we are where we’re meant to be or life is going to be miserable. (And get more sleep if possible 😁)

Best advice I can give is change of scenery when you’re stuck. Find a place to call your spot that’s not your house. Beach, park, forest, gym, coffee shop whatever.

Get yourself moving every day, even if it’s just for a short time. Doesn’t have to be a work out. A walk, dancing in your living room or some quick stretches can be good for both mind and body. The key is consistency 🫡

Old school but keeping a daily journal of thoughts help to clarify feelings and acts as a outlet to any suppressed frustration. It is also really useful to reference back later as to why you think in a certain manner.

Whenever you walk/run on the street, try to breath in right when your left foot hits the ground, and breath-out when your right foot does. Stretch the breath rhythm as much as possible, specially with the exhales. Count mentally each step you take whenever you’re inhaling, and exhaling. You’ll thank me later ;)
