7️⃣ Airline catering process. Step 7. The catering trucks are attached to the aircraft, and the trolleys are loaded into the galley (kitchen). After loading is complete, there is a detailed handover to explain the menu and quantities of meals to the cabin crew. That’s it. Enjoy your meal during the flight!

Airline food in 1950s: variety took off. Pineapples, shrimps, pies with biscuit topping, freshly cut salads and so on. 🥙Serving styles also got more elaborate, thanks to larger aircrafts with more storage space. 🍻 Lufthansa airlines served a beer straight to customers out of a rolling keg. That’s cool 🙂
