I tried handling work at home on a day off instead of heading to a cafĆ©, only to find that too many distractions pull my attention away. Itā€™s surprising how, at certain times, the place where I usually live can turn into such a chaotic trap. But this does highlight the effectiveness of spending time outside for better focus.
