If it were me, I’d say admit all, then “ban” (or whatever) offenders of clear rules. That might be a lot of work though, so I’m not sure.

Be careful migrating all follows to members. Take this opportunity to purge inactive/bot accounts. Will strengthen the community long term. We’re not building a membership sign up tool, but will have an engagement tool to offer after the initial migration. Plan is to assist in surfacing those follows who should be considered as members and filter bots.

The person who is casting a lot here will be the moderator and should be by invitation only. However, moderators should include people with relatively new accounts. Easier to manage is the issuance of fun tokens!

i don’t know if moderators will be able to send invite too, but if they do, that will be nice and i think you can have up to 10 mods so that help relieve the stress on you too really love this channel, down to help if you don’t mind

I think you could get a few moderators(active users) and together you can just accept invites to be honest, from users you perceive as honest and actually enjoy and use the channel. I don’t think it should be something too serious
