I use a variety, but consistently: 🧘🏼♂️ 5x/wk — vinyasa yoga ♾️ 5x/wk — 20min cardio elliptical 🏋🏼♂️ 2x/wk — Olympic-ish lift circuit 🏃🏼♂️ 2x/wk — HIIT style w bodyweight 🥒🎾🏀 2x/mo — Sports… wish was more :(
