It used to be kickboxing 2x/week and 1-2 runs per week. One of them a trail run min 8km. The trail run is just behind my apartment, up the hill and down again. Normally less people so easier to run.

I use a variety, but consistently: 🧘🏼‍♂️ 5x/wk — vinyasa yoga ♾️ 5x/wk — 20min cardio elliptical 🏋🏼‍♂️ 2x/wk — Olympic-ish lift circuit 🏃🏼‍♂️ 2x/wk — HIIT style w bodyweight 🥒🎾🏀 2x/mo — Sports… wish was more :(
