There should be an app that combines the social media feeds of different platforms (Twitter, Warpcast, Bluesky etc) into one integrated feed. Itโ€™d be much more convenient for keeping up with things.

Yup gives you X and Warpcast, no Bluesky Others give you Bluesky, Nostr, etc Some day we'll get all for now it's called chrome and you switch between tabs ๐Ÿ˜น

๐Ÿ˜ฌ I'm dogfooding this myself and it's quite nice (note: an American would say "fabulous!") but there's still a lot to do release it onto the general public. I work on this in my spare time so it's slow going. There are actually, Hootsuite, Loomly, Buffer, etc werw built for that purpose. However, I doubt if any of them work with Farcaster, being that Farcaster is a decentralized social media platform unlike Twitter and Bluesky etc
