The limiting factor for Farcaster’s growth is the supply of high-quality interesting / entertaining organic content. Most people who are focused on creating content optimize for networks with large existing audiences because while hard to break through, the upside is massive. Solve for X.

I prefer to focus on a small network, but with the people I have interesting interactions with, rather than having a lot of followers and no meaningful interaction. Since I read the book "The square and the tower" by Ferguson, I personally try to build a strong small network first, the growth can come later. I follow people if I find the feed interesting, educational or funny.

this reminds me of Paul Graham post about build for yourself first, at least you know you like it, for n=1 then expand from there. i like that, start with a small but cohesive network first. Also but not related focus on your self first instead of worrying about other people think about you.
