The limiting factor for Farcaster’s growth is the supply of high-quality interesting / entertaining organic content. Most people who are focused on creating content optimize for networks with large existing audiences because while hard to break through, the upside is massive. Solve for X.

I prefer to focus on a small network, but with the people I have interesting interactions with, rather than having a lot of followers and no meaningful interaction. Since I read the book "The square and the tower" by Ferguson, I personally try to build a strong small network first, the growth can come later. I follow people if I find the feed interesting, educational or funny.

I don’t know if it really answered a question. I’ve read it more for the historical view on networks. It helped me to understand the importance of networks. For me, the first few chapters were the most informative (network theory). The last two thirds were more historically interesting.
