You should demand the same rigor in safety and purity checks from your supplements as you do from your food. Avoiding additives while taking Amazon purchased supplements is nonsensical

totally agree, anytime someone tells me they buy supplements on amazon they get a big eyebrow raise

Right. What a nightmare In US from reg standpoint this is basically what we are going to get Way more scdunity on food Way less on supps (specifically health claims made, they already can put whatever they want in them here) The onus is on the individual and I encourage ppl to think lol

Where do you get your supplements? My process has been to look for manufacturers that are willing to provide COAs for specific batch numbers on request. But once I narrow down the manufacturers like this, is there still harm in purchasing their supplements through Amazon?
